Homemade Blueberry Pancakes and Syrup

A delicious breakfast treat the whole family will love.

Ingredients

 

1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1 egg, slightly beaten

1 c. sour cream

1 c. whole milk

1 c. blueberries

 

Method

 

Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and cinnamon together. Add the egg, sour cream and milk, then pour blueberries into the batter. Mix together lightly and fry until done.

 

Blueberry Syrup

 

1 c. blueberries

1/4 c. water

1/4 c. sugar

 

Method

 

Boil the blueberries, water and sugar together until the berries pop. Pour over pancakes and enjoy.
