Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits

Quick, easy and delicious buttermilk biscuits.
Ingredients
3 14/ c. complete biscuit mix
1 1/4. c. buttermilk
Method
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2) Place the biscuit mix in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the buttermilk and knead gently. (Add a little more biscuit mix if dough is too sticky.)
3) Place the dough on a lightly floured cutting board and roll out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut biscuits out with a biscuit cutter and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
4) Bake for 10 minutes or until browned. (Makes 8 large biscuits)
