Honey Bread

Great bread to eat during dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of white flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- ½ cup of honey
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup of milk
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a loaf pan.
- Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger in a large bowl. Add the honey, egg, and milk, and beat thoroughly with an electric beater for about 20 minutes.
- Spoon into the pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
- Remove from the pan and cool on a rack (One loaf).
