How to Make Bread
Home made bread is more healthy than bread bought in stores.
Ingredients
- 1 Pound. LOAF
- Active dry yeast 1 ½ teaspoons
- Bread flour 2 ¼ cups
- Granulated sugar 4 teaspoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Non fat dry milk 4 teaspoons
- Butter/oil 4 teaspoons
- Water ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon
- 1 cup water
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
Method
Home made bread is more healthier than bread bought in stores. Well, how do you make it? It’s very simple. The most used way is, Make dough of simply buy it then put it in a bread making machine and wait a while and voila bread! Yea it might be the easiest but not the money saver. First make dough. Then keep squishing it for 30 minutes the put it in the oven to bake. It should bake for about 1-2 hours depending on how much dough there is. Plain dough with little sugar and calories is very simple. ( little taste, calories and sugar bread) First take some flour and water and mix it so you have a not to sticky dough then just bake it and you have plain bread.
