How to Make Oozing Chocolate Brownie – 60 Mins – 805 Kcal
An exquisite fusion of aromas of chocolate and loveleyness.
ingrediance – serving 4
150g flour
50g cocoa powder
8g baking powder
150g unsalted butter
50 walnuts (not required)
50g milk chocolate
3 eggs
100g brown sugar
utensils (essential)
kitchen scales
baking tray
baking parchment
fine sieve
whisk
chopping board
kitchen knife
saucepan
oven
lets startprepare, the baking tray and baking parchment
then , lay the baking parchment inside the baking tray and crease along the sides of the tray
mike diagonal cuts in each corner
line the baking tray with the parchment so that it fits snug inside
prepare, fine sieve , mixing bowl and whisk
place the fine sieve over the bowl and put 150g flower and 50g of cocoa powder into it
add 8g of baking powder
sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the bowl below by stirring with the whisk
prepare, chopping board , kitchen knife and a small bowl
roughly chop the walnuts (if your adding walnuts)
chop the milk choclate into fine peices and place in a small bowl
then, preheat the over to 170c
preheat, saucepan and small bowl
put a little water in the saucepan and heat it on the hob , set the hob on a low heat
put 150g of butter into the small bowl and put it on the saucepan of hot water. when the butter is melted remove the bowl
put the bowl of chocolate in the same saucepan of the hot water
use a spoon or other suitable utensil to stir the chocolate until it compleatly metls . when this happens turn off the heat
prepare, mixing bowl and whisk
wipe the bowl well to dry off any water, break the eggs into it and beat them with a whisk
add 100g of brown sugar and whisk until the mixture starts to whiten
add the melted chocolate
pour in the melted butter and mix well
add the walnuts ( if adding) and mix them all together
add the shifted flour, cocoa and baking powder
use a rubber spatula or other suitable utensil to stir the mixture untill it is no longer powderey
then, pour the brownie mixture into the baking tray and smooth out the surface so it is level
put the baking tray in the preheated oven at 170c and bake for 30 mins
prepare, skewer and wire rack
pierce the center of the brownie and if none of it sticks to the skewer it is ready
place the baking tray conating the brownie on the wire lack and allow to cool a little
remove the brownie along the baking parchement and move to wire rack to fully cool
remove it to a dish and it is ready to serve

extra’s and tips
a good idea to make these taste better is to coat the tops in a chocolate spread like the picture above the video
another way to enjoy is to add cream and warm a peice of brownie in the micro for 25 second and then put cream on top and munch away
these brownie are absolutly lovely
