Integral Base for Pizza
My aunt told me this recipe.
300 g flour
20 g yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
200 cl warm water
Salt
First, mix the salt with the flour. Apart dissolve yeast in warm water with olive oil.
Then we put the flour in a large bowl and slowly adding water we’re going to yeast, until it forms a consistent and elastic dough that does not stick. We are going to shape the dough ball, and when we get it, the cover with damp kitchen cloth and let rest until doubled in size.
Then knead again and let the ball slowly spreading giving a round of 1 cm thick, approximately.
To bake the pizza with this mass, we must place on an oiled metal base so it does not stick and leave us about 15 minutes in the oven.
