Irish Soda Bread

A recipe.
A quick and simple recipe for some good bread. Serve it alongside soap for lunch or as a starter before dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Lightly grease than flour baking sheet.
- In large bowl, mix all ingrediants until a ball forms.
- Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead about one minute.
- Shape into 6 inch round.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Cut 1-inch X across top.
- Bake until golden brown; around 40 minutes.
- Should sound hallow when you tap bottom.
- If not serving right away, wrap in a towel.
- Leftovers, wrap in foil.

I love fresh baked breads, so thanks for sharing this recipe. It sound easy to make.
