Italian Pancerote

Prepare Italian Pancerote is not that difficult. Try to prepare and you will see that you will like it.

REQUIRED

For the base: 250 g butter, 2 dl of yogurt, 2 dl warm water, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 egg, bag of baking powder, 1 kg flour

For the topping: 250 g cottage cheese, 1 egg, 150 g of ham, 3 tablespoons sour cream, 100 g marinated mushrooms, teaspoon dried parsley

For coating:100 g of margarine, 2 eggs

PREPARATION

Mix flour, salt and baking powder. In the middle make a dent and in it pour the yogurt and melted margarine. Add the egg and Knead the dough by adding water gradually. Cheese mash with a fork, add egg, chopped ham, sour cream and chopped mushrooms. All mix well. Roll out dough thinly and cut into squares or rectangles. Put the stuffing in the middle and fold the ends like a letter. Arrange Pancerote in greased baking pan. Each brush with beaten egg and pour over a teaspoon of melted margarine.

    There is a lot of oil involved in making this,but it is sure tasty and guarantees a caloric meal that spoils the stomach in a good way.:)
