Maida (All Purpose Flour) Pakora – Recipe

Maida (All purpose Flour) Pakora is a very popular and tasteful snack. It can be enjoyed with tea or coffee as an evening snack. The recipe of Maida (All purpose Flour) Pakora is:

Ingredients of Maida (All purpose Flour) Pakora:

1 cup of Maida
½ teaspoon of Ginger (well chopped)
2 teaspoons of Ghee
½ cup of Rice Flour
½ cup of Onion (well chopped)
3 pieces of Green Chilies (chopped)
1 tablespoon of Broken Cashews
¼ teaspoon of Soda Powder

How to prepare Maida (All purpose Flour) Pakora:

Take a vessel and add together the whole ingredients.

Let the salt dissolve into water.

Place little by little to prepare dough.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Put small pieces of dough into that salty water.

Fry them deeply until they get golden brown color.

When they are well fried, drain the excess oil.

Serve and enjoy the Maida Pakora hot.
