Meat Fritters

Here I am going to share with you some of the delectable recipes my mom has made,

1 cup cooked, finely chopped cold meat such as beef, lamb or chicken

salt  pepper and a little onion juice, lemon, mint or other flavoring

1 Tablespoon chopped garlic’

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

2/3 cup milk

frying fat

Season meat to taste,  varying this according to meat used. Use lemon rind with chicken, mint with lamb, onion juice with beef (My favorite one)  parsley in any of them. Make a batter with flour, baking powder, egg and milk, add seasoned meat and dropped by Tablespoons into shallow frying pan in which a little fat has been heated. Cook golden brown on both sides and drain thoroughly.
