How to prepare milk pan.

Ingredients

· 500 g flour

· 250 g milk

· 50 g butter

· 50 g sugar

· 1 egg

· 1 nut pressed yeast

First we make a little mountain with the flour, leaving a hole in the center, where we put the milk to lukewarm temperature, butter, sugar and yeast.

We work the dough so as to mix the flour gradually down into the hole. When the ingredients are mixed we knead until a smooth dough, leaving no sticky.

Then let the dough about 30 minutes. Then divide it into pieces of about 50 grams, giving them slightly elongated shape. We paint the surface of the rolls with a mixture of water and egg and leave in a warm place at 50 º for 60 minutes to double its size.

Then we introduce the rolls in the oven at 220 º for 20 minutes. When we go to the back out of the oven with milk paint to make them flash.
