•  1/4 cup butter

•  1 1/2 cups sugar

• 2 eggs

• 2 1/2 cups flour

•  1/4 teaspoon salt

•  1 teaspoon baking soda

•  1 cup sour cream

•  1 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375° F. Cream butter together with sugar. Add beaten eggs and blend well. Sift flour with salt and baking soda and add to creamed mixture. Add sour cream and nutmeg and mix well. Drop dough by tablespoons onto slightly greased cookie sheets and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Allow space between 1-inch pieces.
