Moist Pistachio Cake

Moist pistachio cake.

Ingredients used:-

 

2 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cooking soda

4 egg whites

1 cup toasted pistachio

½ tsp vanilla essence or paste

¾ cup vegetable oil

2 tbs hung curd

1 cup caster sugar

1 cup water

 

Baking requirement:-

 

1 tsp butter

4 tbs all purpose flour

1 convectional oven

 

Instrument used:-

 

1 big mixing bowl

2 small bowls

1 whisker

1 baking mould

1 silicon brush

 

Add all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and cooking soda) in a small mixing bowl make sure it does not have any lumps. Then take big mixing bowl add caster sugar and curd and whisk properly after you see curd has no sugar lumps then add oil, water  and vanilla essence or paste mix properly. Now take the baking mould and brush it with butter properly inside the mould then dust 4 tbs all purpose flour in the mould and gently try to cover with flour inside part of the mould. Take out the extra flour by simply placing the mould upside down. Now put on the oven on pre-heat mode. And then the procedure of mixing the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and cooking soda) into wet ingredients along with pistachio. Now take another bowl put egg whites into it and start whipping till it is stiff now slowly the flour mix into whipped egg whites in 3 to 4 portion. Remember never try to whisk at this stage. Now pour the mix in the mould and keep it in the oven in convection mode 150°C for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes take it out of oven and check with knife weather it is fully cooked. Knife comes out clean is an indication of cake is fully cooked. Keep it a side for 10 minutes and then un-mould it will come out of the mould easily.
