Nan Katai – Recipe

Nana Katai is a snack that is made by plain flour and ghee. It is a sweet snack. Here is the recipe of Nan Katai.

Ingredients of Nan Katai:

½ kg of Maida (Flour)

½ kg of Powdered Sugar

½ kg of Ghee

How to prepare Nan Katai:

At first, take a bowl and make a mixture of maida (flour), powdered sugar and ghee.

Place it aside for around 1 hour.

After 1 hour, again mix it properly so that it becomes light and fluffy.

Now give it a shape like ball and keep in the baking tray.

Let it bake until it becomes solid.

After baking, its color must be white instead of brown.

Please remember, that do not use any water during the preparation of Nan Katai.
