Nannie’s Ice Box Rolls

Recipe for dinner rolls.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 T Crisco
- 2 T sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- Dry yeast
Method
- Add flour to make stiff dough.
- Put out on board and knead ’til soft and pliable.
- Let rise til double in size.
- Take half of this amount and make cut rolls.
- Knead in little more flour.
- Grease tops of rolls and also what you put in refrigerator.
- Knead down refrigerated amount daily until used.
