One Hour Rolls

Simple one hour rolls that taste great.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups of flour.
Method
Dissolve yeast in water, then mix all ingredients with 1 cup flour. Let rise 15 minutes. Mix in remaining flour. Make into walnut size balls and put onto greased pan and let rise in pan for 30 minutes. Preheat overn to 425 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
