Paneer Bread Balls

A quick snack for all paneer and cheese lovers.
For 8 Piece
Ingredients
- 250 gms paneer
- 8 Bread Slices (White bread)
- 2 cheese cubes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green chilly (optional)
- 100 gms green peas
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste.
- Red chilly powder
Method
Boil the peas in water. Drain them out and mash them. Mix mashed paneer and grated cheese. Add chopped onion and green chilies. Add salt, black pepper, red chilly powder.
Mix them all well.
Soak bread in water, squeeze the water out and put this mixture in the center of the bread to make bread balls. Once ready deep fry in hot oil. Once done cut the balls to half and serve with ketchup.
* Do not cut the sides of the bread, they make them crisper.
