Peas Kebabs

Simply delicious!
PEAS KEBAB (For 8 – 10 people)
Ingredients:
- Boiled peas 2 cups.
- Bread slices 4, soaked in water.
- Coriander leaves chopped.
- Green chilies 1 Tsp, chopped.
- Coriander powder ½ Tsp.
- Cumin powder ½ Tsp.(Jeera)
- Ginger 2 Tsp, grated.
- Garlic juice 2 Tsp.
- Dried mango powder ½ Tsp, (Amchur)
- Carom seeds ½ Tsp, (Ajwain)
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- Bread crumbs as required.
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients except bread slices and bread crumbs and blend them in the liquidizer (mixie).
- Take out the batter and add the bread slices and mix well the batter till it becomes a smooth paste.
- Now make small kebabs.
- Dip each kebab in the cornflour paste, cover it with bread crumbs and then deep fry them
Note: Cornflour paste – 2 Tbsp cornflour, with 3 Dessert spoon water.
TIP: If you want you can add ½ cup paneer/cottage cheese to the batter as well.
