Pizza Dough

The Base Of a Pizza.
Ingredients
- ½ A teaspoon of sugar
- 25g of yeast
- 450g of flour
- 150 ml of tepid water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1Ttablespoon of olive oil
Method
- Mix the sugar, yeast and 30 ml of the tepid water to a paste.
- Set aside in warm place for 15minutes or until the mixture is frothy.
- Meanwhile, sift the flour and salt into a large, warmed bowl.
- Add the yeast mixture, the remaining tepid water and oil. Mix to a smooth dough.
- Kneed for about 8 minutes or till stretchy. Set aside in a warm place for 45 minutes or until the dough has doubled in size.
- The dough is ready to use.
The dough makes 4 small bases or 1 large base.
