How to make pogaca…

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg flour
  • ½ fresh yeast
  • 50g of margarine
  • +- 2 medium cups of lukewarm milk
  • 1 medium cup of lukewarm water
  • salt

Preparation:

  • Put 1/2 kg of flour in a bowl and salt it
  • Put the fresh yeast in the middle of the flour
  • Then add 50g of margarine
  • Then add the lukewarm milk and lukewarm water while mixing with a wooden spoon or hand
  • Take a metallic pan like this one:

  • Sprinkle some oil all over it
  • Put the mixture in the pan and bake it for 35 minutes on 200°C

This is the result:

Tip: Eat while still warm with “kaymak” or any other “spread” (food)
