Poppy Roll

Just delicious.

Ingredients

Dough

  • water quantity needed 
  • 70 gr sugar 
  • 1 egg 
  • 25 gr yeast 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 80 gr butter 
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 
  • 250g flour 

Stuffing

  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 1 dash of cognac or other liquor 
  • 1 egg 
  • 100g poppy

Method

Dissolve the yeast in a little water and a pinch of salt for that slight.

Grind a little poppy, with sugar. Roasted in a pan, mix it with egg and liqueur.

Roll out the dough to a rectangle, spread the filling and roll up, bake 30 minutes at 180 º.
