Ingredients:
Bread slice – 4
Onion 1
Cucumber – Small size 1
Green Chilli – 1
Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoon
Boiled Corn – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – small quantity
Salt – Add to taste
Method:
Cut Onion, Cucumber, green chilli and add to bowl. Add Salt, Boiled corn, Mayonnaise and coriander leaves to bowl. Mix well these items.
After mixing well,add this between bread. Tasty and healthy sandwitch ready to eat.
Bread can be toasted or not. Can first try without toasting bread.
