Quiche (Crust Less)

Excellent quiche.

10 eggs
½ cup flour
1tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup chopped green chillies
1lb Monterrey jack cheese (grated)
2 cups cottage cheese

Butter a 9”x 13” glass dish.  Beat eggs in a large bowl until frothy add flour salt and baking powder.  Mix melted butter in with chillies and cheese.  Pour into buttered dish and bake at 200c for 16 minutes then lower to 180c and bake for 39 minutes.  Cut into small squares and serve with salsa.
