Quick Yeast Rolls

These yeast rolls are quick and easy to make, with no waiting for the dough to rise.

Ingredients

  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. Canola oil
  • 2 c. warm water

Method

Mix the flour, yeast and sugar together in a large bowl. Add the egg, oil and water to dry mixture. Grease muffin pans and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Yeast rolls are far and away my favorite dinner time bread. This recipe sounds as easy as corn muffins.

    Great recipe! I like how it doesn’t seem to hard to make the rolls.
