Special Bundt Cake Recipe

Easy to make Special Bundt Cake.

1/2 cup
2 sticks
2 3/4 cups
6
3 1/4 cup
1 tsp
1/4 cup
3/4 cup
1 cup
1 cup
1 tsp
Shortening
Butter
Sugar
Eggs
All-purpose flour
Baking powder
Milk
Crushed pineapple ( with juice )
Flaked Coconut
Chopped pecans
Vanilla

Oven Temp ~ 325°        Baking Time ~ 1 Hour & 30 Min.
Pan Type ~ Bundt pan

Preheat oven, spray pan with non-fat vegetable spray.

Cream shortening, butter, and sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Combine sifted flour and baking powder together. Combine mixtures alternately with milk. Stir in pineapple, coconut, pecans, and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into tube or bundt pan. Bake.

Can be topped with Coconut Pecan Frosting, before turning out of pan.
