In a deep bowl, pour the well -beaten eggs and milk, and beat thoroughly. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and stir into the egg mixture.

Preparation method of Spiced corn pancakes

ingredient

2 cups fresh corn (or one tin)

2 eggs (well beaten)

one cup flour

one teaspoon baking powder

one and half teaspoon salt

one tablespoons melted butter

quarter cup milk

one teaspoon chilli powder

one teaspoon fresh ground pepper

oil for deep frying

Making method

In a deep bowl, pour the well -beaten eggs and milk, and beat thoroughly. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and stir into the egg mixture. Now mix in the corn and the melted butter.

Heat the oil for deep frying until it is very hot, but not smoking. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into this. In 3- 5 minutes the pancakes should be ready to turn and brown on the other side. Drain and serve hot.
