Sunflower Seeds and Raisin Bread

Recipe for sunflower Seeds and Raisin Bread.
Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- ½ cup castor sugar
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
Method:
- Lightly grease 8cm x 26cm bar pan, cover base with grease paper.
- Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form
- Then gradually add in sugar, beat until dissolved between each addition.
- Stir in flour, sunflower seeds and raisins.
- Spread the mixture into the pan that was prepared earlier.
- Bake for 40 minute at 180°C or until firm. Then let it cool in the pan.
- When the bread is cool, take it out and wrap in foil then let it stand for 1-2 days.
- After 1-2 days, cut the bread into 4mm slices, place slices in single
- layer on ungreased oven trays.
- Bake in oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until crisp.
- This will make about 60 pieces.
