This is another snack made with bread, milk, and egg. It is a sweet dish. It can also be served as a dessert.

Ingredients

• Sweet Bread slices – 10 nos
• Milk – ½ ltr
• Egg – 2 nos
• Sugar – 3 tbs
• Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp

Method

1. Mix the milk, sugar and cardamom powder in a bowl.
2. Beat the egg with spoon.
3. Mix the egg in the mixture of milk and sugar.
4. Heat a pan on a slow flame.
5. Dip the bread slices in the mixture one by one.
6. Put the bread slices on the pan.
7. Cook both sides of the slices.

Cut the slices into triangular shape. Garnish with cherries.
