Sweet Milk Bread

A delicious bread for all of you.

Ingredients:

· 300 g flour

· 200 g cornstarch

· 200 g butter cream

· 150 g sugar

· 3 egg yolks

· 2 teaspoons yeast

· 1 teaspoon vanilla

· 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

· Sweet of milk

· Shredded coconut

First, we passed through a sieve finite dessert flour, cornstarch and baking. In a separate bowl beat them in butter together with sugar, and we are adding the egg yolks one by one, mixing well each one until we form a cream. Then add the vanilla and lemon peel.

Later, gradually mix the above ingredients with flour sifted the start. Put it all together to form a dough, but not at work too. LWe leave it for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

After this stretch the dough on a surface sprinkled with a little flour, to achieve an inch thick. Then we cut about medallions of 4 inches in diameter.

Then put them on a plate and cook the breads in oven for 12 minutes at 160 º. After this time stripper and let them cool quickly.

Finally, to form the breads we join two by two filled with sweet of milk and then pass it through filled coconut. You should allow a full day before eating them.
