The Greatest Low-Fat Banana Bread
A great recipe for banana bread. I hope you enjoy. Researched on How To Bake.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups bleached all purpose flour.
- 2 tsp. baking soda.
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice.
- 1 cup of applesauce.
- 1 cup of stivia.
- 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 tsp. of vanilla extract.
- 2 cups of mashed very ripe bananas (about 4)
- One 81/2 x 41/2 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan, oiled and floured.
Method
- Set a rack at the middle level of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees.
- Combine Flour, Baking Soda, and Allspice in a mixing bowl, stir well to mix.
- In a seperate bowl, whisk the Applesauce and Stivia, Eggwhites, Oil, Vanilla, and Bananas.
- Be careful nt to overmix, fold in the flour mixture and put e batter into the pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until it has risen.
- Cool on a rack for 5 minutes, then unmold and finish cooling.

Was raised on things like this and it brings back fond memories.Will have to try this after the holidays and see if it taste still like my memory says it did.
