Thyme Soup

Preparing Thyme soup.

Ingredients

· 5 outbreak Thyme

· 250 g day-old bread

· 4 eggs

· 2 l water

· 1 dash oil

· Salt

First clean the thyme, and put it in a medium-large pot with water and a teaspoon of salt. The boil for 5 minutes.

As the water strikes cut the bread into thin slices and spread over 4 soup plates. In the center of the slices of each platter put one egg yolk and a dash of oil.

After 5 minutes of cooking, pour the water with the thyme over the bread slices, blanched we stay together the egg.

Immediately we cover each plate with another plate upside down and let rest for 3 minutes to fluff the bread and cook a little more egg.

Serve immediately.
