Toast Pudding

Simple Toast Pudding.

Ingredient:

200ml milk

2 eggs

30g butter

30g sugar

3 slices of toast

Method:

1. Remove 4 sided skin of toast & dice

2. Melt the butter, mix the diced toast with melted butter in a bowl

3. Add milk, eggs & sugar together in another bowl.  Slightly beat the mixture (don’t beat till foaming)

4. Pour the toast coated with butter into the milk mixture.  Mix well & soak for 5 mins

5. Pour the mixture into baking cups.  Bake for 30 mins at 170 deg C or 2 mins using microwave oven

6. Garnish the top with chocolate powder (optional)
