1 1/2 cups flour

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons cocoa

1 teaspon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vinegar

6 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup cold water

Sift all dry ingredients into a metal or glass rectangular pan. Make 3 holes in dry mixture. Pur vinegar in a medium hole, oil in a large hole and vanilla in a small hole. Cover with water and mix. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
