A Healthy Breakfast

Breakfast Can’t be too heavt. Try this, and you will know how healthy you are.

Corn and Mushroom Scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of whole egg
  • 1 table spoon of canned whole corn
  • 1 table spoon on half cut canned mushroom
  • ½ tea spoon of white ground pepper
  • ¼ tea spoon of salt
  • 1 tea spoon of cheese spread
  • 1 tea spoon of butter

Method

  1. Melted the butter on the frying pan, wait until the pan hot and the butter melted,
  2. Mixed all of the ingredients inside a medium bowl,
  3. Put the ingredients that have been mixed on the pan, wait until the egg formed harder,
  4. Scramble it until it well done cooked, and move it to a small bowl and it’s ready to be served.

The Beverage: Carrot Apple Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of medium long carrot
  • 2 pieces of whole apple

Method

Put all the ingredients inside the blender, mix until it well mixed together.
