Coconut Buns

Proper steps to make delicious coconut buns.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g flour
  • Some yeast
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Minced coconut

Methods:

  1. Mix water and sugar in a bowl. Stir well to mix.
  2. Then, pour the syrup into the bread-making pan.
  3. Now, sift the flour.
  4. Add the flour, yeast and baking powder into the pan.
  5. Knead it to make the dough.
  6. Put the dough inside the oven. Press the start button for the dough program.
  7. When the baking is completed, take out the bun.
  8. Then, fill the bun with the minced coconut and shape it.
  9. Next, set aside the buns for 15 minutes.
  10. Lastly, steam the buns in a steamer for 10 minutes.
