Coconut Cinnamon Rice Breakfast Bars
Breakfast doesn’t get any simpler, or tastier than this.

Do you like steamed rice?
How about cinnamon?
Coconut milk?
Then these simple treats are for you.
Ingredients
- Sticky rice, amount based on what your rice steamer uses.
- 1 can of coconut milk.
- Ground or powdered cinnamon
- Optional – sugar
Method
- First, you are going to want to grab the rice for steaming, also known as sticky rice, and some coconut milk.
- Put your rice in the steamer, and instead of adding water, replace 1/2 to 2/3 of the water with coconut milk.
- Steam and allow to cool. Cut into small bars or squares.
- Roll in cinnamon.
- Now these are sweet enough with just the coconut milk, but if you want it sweeter you can add a little sugar to the cinnamon that you roll them in.
- Now enjoy for breakfast.
