It is healthy and easy making a diet breakfast.

Breakfast should be healthy and it is to begin your day. It should contain vital vitamins and be nutritious. In modern times people find it difficult to prepare a breakfast, as it is time consuming. Here is one of the easiest and healthy ways to prepare your breakfast.

Ingredients

(It is served for one person)

Dry fruits (nuts, walnuts)

Nuts are nutritious. It controls cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. It is rich in fiber. 

Banana sliced – 1

It contains vitamins, minerals, water, fat, sugar, fiber, protein, lipids, amino acids, etc

Honey – one teaspoon

It is pure, natural and it provides all the health benefits. Commonly used for indigestion, stomach ulcers and gastric problems.

Yogurt (curd) – 2 teaspoon

It contains good bacteria, which is vital for human body functioning. And also it has nutrients like calcium, vitamin B-2, B-12, magnesium and potassium.

Method

It is too simple and easy to prepare. Mix all these ingredients together and ready to eat.
