Easy Banana Muffins
Want a quick, delicious breakfast to serve the family? Learn how to make banana muffins with two ingredients.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 20-25 minutes
Yield: 12 muffins
These are the easiest banana muffins ever and a good way to use up those old bananas that have been collecting in the freezer. (What, you don’t keep brown bananas in the freezer for later use in baking?) Only about 5 minutes to prepare and only 2 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 3 or 4 large bananas mashed (about a cup and a half of mash) Note: If using the bananas from the freezer, defrost first.
- 1 package yellow cake mix (the one with pudding in the mix for extra moist muffins)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 . Grease 12-muffin tin or line with baking cups.
Mash bananas in large bowl. Add the cake mix, stirring only until blended. Spoon equal amounts of the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven until golden brown. The top should spring back when touched. Remove from oven and then transfer the muffins to a cooling rack.
Enjoy this easy and delicious breakfast or snack!

I tried this & thought the results were “ok”, I was really hopeing it be awesome! but I think the flavor of the cake mix competed w/ the bananas & not in a good way.
