Ingredients

• eggs : 3
• onions : 2 med. size
• mushrooms: according to your choice
• tomatoes: 1
• chillies: according to your taste
• few mint and coriander leaves

Butter paper is a must. don’t forget it.

Method

1. take green chillies,coriander and smash them a little not like a paste
2. chop the vegetables
3. saute them add little salt and pepper to taste
4. no take the eggs beat them  properly 
5. take the butter paper pour the beaten egg into it
6. heat a pan with little oil spread evenly
7. now pour the beaten egg like a mess into the pan and cook for a while..turn it over if you want, its not required though, you will get mess like  base for the nest
8. put the filling you prepared into those messes and fold them your egg nests are ready to be served 

Serve with ketchup
