How to make egg pieces.

It is very easy to make egg pieces.  It takes only 2-3 minutes to make to this recipe. This is a very simple and healthy breakfast for collegians and office-goers. First take 3 or 4 eggs  mixture into a bowl and beat it thoroughly without any lumps. Add salt and pepper to the mixture and mix it well. Place a deep fry pan on heat.  Pour 3 to 4 tsp of edible oil in the pan and allow the oil to heat for a while and pour the entire egg mixture into the pan. Take a wooden spatula and mix it thoroughly and see that small pieces of eggs are cooked properly. Turn it for 2 to 3 minutes until the egg pieces are completely dry. Take egg pieces into a bowl and it is ready to eat.  This can be eaten with hot sandwiches, chilled sandwiches or with plain bread. To add some more flavor to this recipe, instead of pepper and salt, you can add onions, green chillies, coriander and mint leaves apart from salt. Serve hot with tomato chilli sauce.

 Eggs carry lot of nutritive value for every individual. In take of eggs on every day basis is advisable for everyone to include it in daily meal in order to possess good health. Eggs can be easily cooked which saves lot of time and also provide extra energy.  Boiled eggs, omelet and egg pieces are wonderful for breakfast.

 Egg pieces can be added to the vegetables viz., spring onions, tomatoes, capsicum, red pepper, which bring new taste to the egg pieces.  Egg pieces recipe must be learnt by everyone, as many young students will be pursuing education by living in university campus or in a rented apartment and in such instances, simple recipes such as egg pieces is very good for health.
