Great and Easy Breakfast Idea

Ready in a few minutes, and super easy to make.

Here is an awesome and great tasting breakfast i make for my self very often. Sorry vegetarians, but this is not really a dish for you. Note: if you have ever had Huevos rancheros (Mexican breakfast dish) this is a similar yet simpler version. Enjoy!

Things you’ll need:

- Ham (precooked)

- Eggs

- Tortilla

- 2 frying pans

- A stove

- 5-10 minutes

Set up:

Set one frying pan on medium to high heat, or whatever temperature you like to fry eggs on, and let it heat up. On the other pan, place your tortilla and a few slices of ham on top and set to low heat. This portion you will just be heating up. Spray non stick spray onto your first pan, and fry an egg or two as you normally would. when you are done with that, just plop your egg(s) on your tortilla/ham, let cool, and have at it! You can also add some salsa, or even some Spanish rice if you would like.

PS: remember to turn off your stove!!
