I just had my first pumpkin dish last night, pumpkin and mushroom soup. First homemade soup in the new apartment. I will try this one very soon.

I’ve never cooked any pumpkin that wasn’t from a can before. This sounds like something my kids would like to help me with.

Oh this sounds so tasty. I love fresh pumpkin. The can is okay, but fresh pumpkin has so much flavor. I am going to make this for my Halloween meal.
