It is said that a heart healthy breakfast is essential for the proper functioning of the organism, even if we lose weight. Some of this rule strictly holds, and the breakfast is really indulged. But there are also those who want to eat healthily, and thus prevail over breakfast muesli, yogurt, fruit or cereal. But you know how generous and health is such a breakfast?
Breakfast is undoubtedly the most important meal of the day. More and more studies show that people, who start a new day with a copious meal, not only are much more successful at losing weight, but also achieve better results in tests of mental ability.
We simply know a good breakfast starts the new day gives us needed energy. Moreover, it is also apparently the most important meal, which decides on the quality of our sleep.
That does not mean that it is suitable for breakfast almost anything. Many meals and foods for breakfast usually are chosen, while having a high content of sugar, salt and fat. Paradoxically the breakfast is not selected may increase the risk of diabetes or obesity if it is to eat regularly.
Boiled Eggs

Toast with butter and jam

Instead of butter, try low fat spread and marmalade choose a very small amount, about one teaspoon.
Fresh fruit salad
