Home Made Pancake Mix for Gift Giving

Here is a recipe for home made pancake mix that goes in The Breakfast Box gift idea.
This recipe is for the Pancake Mix I have mentioned in The Breakfast Box gift idea.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
pinch of salt - 1 teaspoon sugar
Method
- Just mix them all up in a bowl and then pour into an airtight jar or an attractive food bag making sure it is well sealed. A ribbon of some sort always finishes it off great.
- Attach a label to the bag with the following:
- “Just add 2 eggs. 2 tablespoon of melted butter and 1 1/3 cups of milk”
- And there you have it – a great gift that anyone would be delighted to receive.

This is such a good idea and the recipe is simple enough. You can whip the egg whites stiff, but not dry, and add after the milk to make them really fluffy.
