Italian Omelette

Recipe for the best omelette.
Ingredients
- 6 Large Free range eggs
- chedder
- pamasan
- salt
- pepper
- vine tomatoes
- butter
- milk
- Basil
Method
- Whisk the eggs into a bowel add a sponfull of butter and the tiniest drop of milk and keep whisking.
- in a large frying pan cut the tomatoes in half and fry the tomatoes with the basil.
- Add the egg mixture to the pan and leave for one minute. Add salt and pepper
- Witha spatula move the egg around so it all cooks evenly leave on a low heat untill cooked.
- add the cheeses on top whist cooking , cook for ten minutes the serve !!!
- DELICIOUS
