Italian Omelette

Recipe for the best omelette.

Ingredients 

  • 6 Large Free range eggs
  • chedder
  • pamasan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vine tomatoes
  • butter
  • milk
  • Basil

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs into a bowel add a sponfull of butter and the tiniest drop of milk and keep whisking.
  2. in a large frying pan cut the tomatoes in half and fry the tomatoes with the basil.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the pan and leave for one minute. Add salt and pepper
  4. Witha spatula move the egg around so it all cooks evenly leave on a low heat untill cooked.
  5. add the cheeses on top whist cooking , cook for ten minutes the serve !!!
  6. DELICIOUS
