Making Your Pancakes Extra Delicious!

Pancake is one of the world’s old-time favorites especially during breakfast. It is yummy delicious but we can still make it extra delicious and special with this easy to prepare steps.

When the recipe calls for one egg, make it two eggs! Separate the whites and the yolks. Beat the yolks slightly then mix it with the batter. Beat the whites until foamy in a separate bowl and fold into batter just before cooking.

After turning over the pancake in the pan to cook the other side, put a pat of butter on top. Butter would melt at once into the pancake and will save you time spreading solid butter when the pancake is already on the plate.

Do not brown the pancakes when cooking because cooked pancakes can be stacked in the freezer. Make the pancakes small enough to fit into the bread toaster. To heat, simply plop them into the toaster and the children will love those crispy pancakes.
