Microwave Scrambled Eggs

Fast and easy scrambled eggs in the microwave.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream
  • pinch of salt and/or pepper
  • butter or margarine

Directions

  1. Beat together well in microwave proof bowl.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon (or more) of butter or margarine.
  3. Cover with wax paper and microwave for 30 to 45 seconds.
  4. Remove, stir, and add cheese if desired.
  5. Microwave until done (15 to 45 seconds).
