Pancake Recipe

Basic pancake recipe.

The perfect light and fluffy pancake recipe. Even better with your favourite toppings on top.

  • Serves 2+
  • Preparation time: about 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of self-raising flour.
  • 1 cup of milk        
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan
  2. mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined
  3. lightly grease the pan with cooking spray or butter.
  4. pour in 1 ladel of pancake batter and cook until bubbles burst on the surface
  5. flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.

Serve:

  • Serve with toppings(golden syrup, sugar and lemon, jam, butter etc).
  • They can be freezed and reheated extremely well but for best results serve immediately
