Ingredients:
* 300 grams of flour
* 0,5 liters of beer
* 2 eggs
* 1 tablespoon sour cream
* Sugar
* Salt to taste.
Preparation:
To cook pancakes pound egg yolks with sour cream, add salt and sugar, pour a glass of beer, all whisk whisk or electric mixer. Add flour, stir, to avoid lumps, pour the remaining beer and whip. Then add whipped into foam the two remaining proteins, and gently mix the scapula.
Pour batter on tap with a spoon on a greased hot frying pan with a thin layer and bake pancakes on one side.

These pancakes can be cooked in advance and then reheat.
