Power Oatmeal Recipe
This oatmeal recipe will get you going in the mornings! It’s pack with complex carbs, antioxidants, and protein. Easy to make and very tasty!

Ingredients
- 1 cup wild oats (or any other oats as long as they aren’t quick cooking)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/8 cup goji berries
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Pour water into pan and bring to a boil on high heat.
- Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl, then add to the boiling water.
- Stir for a few seconds to cook the egg mixture slightly and then add in the oats and cinnamon.
- Drop heat down to medium and add blueberries, goji berries, and honey.
- Stir constantly until oats are cooked.
- Serve and douse with milk (your choice, but it can be a bit dry otherwise).
- Enjoy!
